We are so excited to announce that we are now an official HYROX TRAINING CLUB! 🎉

HYROX is the global fitness race for Every Body. 💪

The race starts with a 1 km run, followed by 1 functional movement, which repeats 8 times, taking place in large indoor venues, creating a unique stadium-like atmosphere for all participants.

How is it all going to work?

We will be adding specific HYROX training sessions to our timetable to give you some new and exciting workouts.

Can I attend the HYROX training sessions without signing up for the event?

Yes, you absolutely can. 😁

These training sessions are for everyone. They are a bonus class we want to give everybody access to.

Our kids are like sponges - they soak everything up - so it makes a really positive impact on them to see us looking after ourselves in healing places like Ludus Magnus.
